For some, makeup can take minutes, others, a lifetime. I made a video showing people that everyday makeup should not take more than 5 minutes. Also, you don't need to buy all kinds of "gadgets" these make up companies tell you that you need to buy. With only a few resources, the job will get done. Simplicity is the key.
